SPOILERS ahead from Bachelorette Hannah Brown's 2019 Season 15.
The Bachelorette finale is usually a joyous occasion. Not always, though. When it comes to Hannah Brown's Season 15, it's bittersweet. It's been a bumpy road to the Monday, July 29-Tuesday, July 30 two-night finale. So what's Bachelorette Hannah's status now, is she still together with her 2019 winner? Here's a spoiler recap, because there's a lot.
Reality Steve's initial spoilers for Bachelorette Hannah's season said she got engaged to Tyler C. in the finale. That sounded perfect! Unfortunately, the spoilers later changed to say Hannah had actually picked Jed Wyatt and they were engaged. That news came out around the same time as news headlines from Jed's not-so-ex-girlfriend Haley back in Nashville, who was dating him right up until he left. That's a whole thing, and apparently it helped sour Hannah's relationship with her new fiancee.
According to Reality Steve, after Hannah and Jed got engaged in Greece in the finale, Jed told Hannah about his "ex" Haley. So he did tell her, but apparently he didn't tell her all of the details, because after those details came out in public from Haley's side -- including texts and receipts -- Hannah reportedly dumped Jed.
At first, Steve said Hannah just ended her engagement to Jed. However, he updated in a post on July 2 that Hannah had broken off the relationship completely. He also added that the breakup was filmed in Los Angeles and viewers would see it on Tuesday, July 30 during Part 2 of the "After the Final Rose" special.
So that's supposedly that. We will hear Jed's side of the story during the "After the Final Rose" special, and I'm curious to see if that changes anything for Hannah and viewers. Chris Harrison is going to sit down with him and not quite grill him, but at least expect some answers on the girlfriend back home. Don't be shocked if Jed gets much more sympathetic treatment than Luke P., even if I'd argue what Jed did was worse. (Plus, Hannah kicked out Scott right in The Bachlelorette premiere for having a girlfriend back home, so how can she or Jed justify what he did?) But Luke gets in his own way, and Jed is smooth.
What about Tyler C.? Some fans want Hannah to go back to Tyler C., since many preferred her with him anyway. Well, Reality Steve updated on July 16 that, as far as he's heard, Hannah and Tyler are not together and "it's not happening." So those are Bachelorette Hannah's relationship updates as Monday.

However, there's still potential for Tyler Cameron to be the 2020 Bachelor -- unless it's Mike Johnson. I'm hoping Peter Weber is out of consideration, and not just because of his own ex-girlfriend situation. I just prefer Mike or Tyler C. But that's me. Also maybe Tyler C.'s mom, since she apparently started a rumor that her son will be the next Bachelor.
What's next for Hannah "Beast"? Based on Night 1 of the finale, is there potential for Hannah to rekindle things with Peter? She and pilot Pete apparently did it FOUR times (!!!) in that windmill, and his parents seemed happy about that. Maybe Hannah is meant to be with Peter? We'll have to wait and see.
I've already said this, but if I were in Hannah's shoes, I'd want a break from all men for a while. She went straight from Bachelor Colton Underwood to Luke P., Jed, and the rest of the crazy Bachelorette 2019 crew. I've seen her in ABC promos so I won't be shocked if she does more on-camera work, and her tweets are hilarious, so I'm looking forward to her commentary during Bachelor in Paradise 2019 and The Bachelor 2020.
Of course, I am writing this the morning of Monday, July 29 and we have to save room for spoilers to change yet again. That has happened before, but so much of this particular season has been out in the open, so it feels unlikely. Still. The warning is out there. Whatever happens, I hope Hannah does not go back to Jed. It would be hard to trust him.
