90 Day Fiancé's Angela Deem has been in the news quite a bit recently, though not for her involvement in the show. First, we learned she lost a lot of weight since she last appeared on television, then there was the whole business where a supposed friend of hers was arrested for murder. Today, we're back to her relationship with Michael Ilesanmi, because the two recently celebrated one year of marriage.
It was a bittersweet anniversary for the couple, unfortunately, as Michael and Angela weren't able to celebrate the day together. Michael is still in Nigeria looking for channels to move to America, but shared a photo from their wedding reception in Nigeria with the following caption.
Once again, the time has come to look back a year and think about all the beautiful moments shared together. Despite all hurdles, good and bad times we still gonna win win. Love you my Queen. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO US!
The couple has had their fair share of ups and downs, dealing with Michael's infidelity, as well as Angela's change in her stance on having a child. We also know that Michael was pretty against Angela having any form of plastic surgery, or her starting a weight loss journey, and we already know she went through with losing some weight. Knowing that Michael and Angela can get into fights, I can't imagine that the discussion went over smoothly, but maybe the two have grown in their marriage.
Angela Deem also found a way to commemorate her anniversary, and shared a gift which she appears to have bought for Michael Ilesanmi. Take a look at the engraved dog tag, which features a message from Angela to Michael, below.
There have been no updates yet on whether or not Michael has been approved to come to America, or how successful the two have been obtaining a visa for him to come over. One of the major reasons the two were wed in Nigeria was to try to expedite the process and get Michael a spousal visa. A year has passed since then, and he still looks to be in Nigeria, so who knows what the problem is.
While Michael hangs out in Nigeria, there's been speculation that Angela Deem has been hustling to get her own spinoff series. It's possible she may already be filming one, considering that the rumor surrounding her spinoff was said to be a series where she underwent a body transformation. The 90 Day Fiancé franchise has done a solid job at filming in the past without tipping viewers off as to what they're filming for, so it's possible an announcement for a show about Angela's weight loss is on the way.
