The life of Christina Haack (formerly Anstead) has seen a lot of upheaval lately. After divorcing her Flip or Flop co-star, Tarek El Moussa in January 2018, Haack then married Ant Anstead in December of that year, and had a third child in 2019. Unfortunately, the new marriage was short lived, with Haack and Anstead also deciding to divorce by mid-September 2020. It would seem, though, that Haack, who also stars on her own show, Christina on the Coast, and El Moussa are getting along well these days, after a friendly exchange went public.
Leaving a relationship, particularly a romance, behind is never easy, especially when it was long standing and there are children involved. Christina Haack and Tarek El Moussa may have surprised many of their Flip or Flop fans when they decided to split, but the two have managed to continue to work together on the show, as well as to co-parent their two children, daughter Taylor and son, Brayden. And, it looks like things are actually going pretty well, as Haack recently shared a friendly / flirty exchange between them on her Instagram Story (via Fox News).
In the clip, the former couple were walking down the sidewalk when Haack decided to film El Moussa to show off his outfit of black tennis shoes, camo-print pants, a black bomber-style jacket and a flat-billed baseball cap, which she promptly made fun of. Take a look at their fun exchange!

This might not, necessarily, sound like the most friendly trade off between exes, but rest assured that both Christina Haack and Tarek El Moussa managed to laugh through her comparing him to rapper Vanilla Ice, and had a good sense of humor about the, clearly, good-natured teasing. Haack may have been the one to instigate the conversation, but El Moussa was feeling happy enough with it to also post the clip to his own Instagram Story. The two have been known to have fun poking at each other on Flip or Flop, with Haack, especially, being fond of picking on El Moussa's clothing choices, so this is really nothing new for them.
It's good that Haack and El Moussa can still get along so well, after what was likely a tough time when they made the decision to split. Of course, it helps that that happened back in spring of 2016, so both of them have had a chance to get used to this new phase of heir relationship, where they are simply friends and co-workers who also co-parent their two young children. Hopefully, he's been able to help Haack through the tough time she's had of late as she deals with another breakup, and she's happy for him being able to move on with his fiancée, Selling Sunset star Heather Rae Young.
