It’s been a good year for Saturday Night Live, especially recently, when the likes of Melissa McCarthy and Justin Timberlakehave have taken the stage and the SNL archives have earned an exclusive streaming deal with Yahoo. NBC’s long-running sketch comedy program is about to air its last few episodes of the season, and on Friday, SNL announced both Ben Affleck and Kristen Wiig have signed on to host.

There are three episodes left of Saturday Night Live in Season 38. The late-night show previously announced Zach Galifianakis is signed on to host the May 4 episode. Wiig, in her first big return to the set since she quit to pursue film projects a year ago, will host the May 11 episode, with Vampire Weekend signed on as the musical guest that week. The fun thing about having a former cast member return to host is that we will likely get to see some of her signature performances, as well as some new ones, although I’m keeping my fingers crossed Gilly will not be a part of the episode.

Finally, Affleck has earned the extra special laud of getting to close out the season. Affleck will appear in the May 18 episode of the hit series, opposite Kanye West. With Affleck still riding pretty high post-Argo and West in the news for impregnating Kim Kardashian, the finale should be a big night. Plus, the finale will be the second time this season that a host will join the five-timers club, and we all know what happens when a host hits five big episodes.

NBC’s Saturday Night Live airs on Saturdays at 11:30 p.m. ET.
