Marilyn Manson Wishes Paris Jackson Well, Offers Her VIP Ticket

Paris Jackson had a lot on her mind in the weeks leading up to her suicide attempt thanks to the AEG trial and Wade Robson’s molestation claims against her deceased father, but the last thing she argued about was reportedly far lighter in nature: whether or not she would be allowed to attend a Marilyn Manson concert. Her guardians reportedly weren’t too keen on the idea, but in light of what happened, they may reconsider and if they do, Manson will welcome the girl to the show whether she has a ticket or not.

Here’s what the famed musician told TMZ about his fifteen-year-old fan…

"I hope you feel better. You will be on my guest list anytime you want."

A small minority of people have taken Marilyn’s comment very negatively. They’ve interpreted it to be an intentional offer to Paris to overstep her familial bonds, but I really don’t see it as an mean-spirited slight toward her guardians. Instead, I see it as a concerned celebrity just trying to extend a loving hand to one of his fans who is going through a rough time right about now.

Jackson has reportedly recovered very well from her issues physically, but she’s still in the hospital on the mandatory psych hold that comes with all suicide attempts. Here’s to hoping when she emerges from the hospital, it’s as a changed person with a new-found positivity and maybe, with the full blessing of her guardians, backstage tickets to a Marilyn Manson concert to look forward to.
