Will Pauly D Make A Good Father?

Unlike many of his Jersey Shore co-stars, Pauly D has never been particularly excited about drama. In fact, he ran from several women over the course of the show specifically because he didn’t want to complicate his life with time-consuming people. Thanks to a sneaky turn of fate, however, the popular DJ will now be forced to deal with one of the most time consuming types of people on Earth: a baby.

Following one of his many lucrative DJ gigs in Las Vegas, Pauly D reportedly had a little fun with the baby’s mother, who is also from New Jersey. Nine months and one paternity test later, the reality star discovered he’s the father of the little girl, and according to TMZ, he’s determined to do the right thing and provide/ be there for the kid.

Here’s what he told the outlet…

"I'm proud I'm a father. I am excited to embark on this new part of my life."

On the one hand, there are reasons to think Pauly D will make a good father. He’s got a very even-tempered and generous disposition. He was very excited for Snooki when she got pregnant with her first child, and he’s not the type of guy who will do anything to maximize his fame. In fact, some opportunities that could have created headlines have come along, and he’s buried them. In addition, he’s financially stable and has said he would like to see if he can cultivate a relationship with the mother.

On the other hand, however, it’s typically not the best of signs when the father and the mother barely know each other. Best case scenario, these two hit it off immediately and eventually move in together like two years from now, and he gets to see her every day. Worst case scenario, they don’t get along at all, which will set up like an every other weekend, at best, type thing.
