A Vicious Drug Cartel Targets Arnold Schwarzenegger In Exclusive Sabotage Clip

Due in theaters in March, Sabotage casts a mean and nasty-looking Arnold Schwarzenegger as the leader of an elite crew of DEA agents who are caught in a lethal knock-off of 10 Little Indians. Who will survive? Anyone’s guess, but in the exclusive clip shared with us by Open Road Films, you can tell that everyone is going down fighting!

We’re expecting some hard-hitting brutality out of Sabotage because writer-director wasn’t afraid to bust some noses and break some bones in the gritty cop thrillers End of Watch (which he directed) and S.W.A.T. and Training Day (which he wrote). Pairing him with Schwarzenegger automatically ups the carnage quotient, and the clips we have been seeing for Sabotage promise some vicious, action-packed fun.

In addition to the new TV spot, Open Road Films released a handful of images for us to share with you:

Sabotage 1

Sabotage 2

Sabotage 3

Sabotage 4

Sabotage 5

Sabotage 6

You can’t miss Arnold in the clips. But did you recognize Avatar star Sam Worthington in that TV spot? He’s sporting an insanely crazy new look. And Mireille Enos is positively bad-ass in this spot. The cast rounds out with Olivia Williams, Terrence Howard, Joe Manganiello, Harold Perrineau, Joe Manganiello, and Josh Holloway. It’s a solid ensemble, and if they all hand themselves over to Ayer’s level of action, this could (and should) end up being something wild.

Here’s the synopsis, which tips its hand to Agatha Christie’s vintage plotline.

In Sabotage, Arnold Schwarzenegger leads an elite DEA task force that takes on the world's deadliest drug cartels. When the team successfully executes a high-stakes raid on a cartel safe house, they think their work is done - until, one-by-one, the team members mysteriously start to be eliminated. As the body count rises, everyone is a suspect.

The R-rated film will be in theaters on March 28.
