New to podcasting? It's easy. Our audio show has its own RSS 2.0 feed to let you know when it's been updated. You use software that reads that RSS feed to download new shows as each one becomes available. If you have an iPod you can even use the software to automatically move the show over to iTunes to download the next time you sync up. Even if you don't podcast you can use the RSS feed with myYahoo or other XML programs to let you know when a new show is up.
