For the first time, Kendall Jenner addressed rumors surrounding her sexuality. In a recent profile interview, Kendall got candid when asked if she was on the LBGT spectrum, admitting that she's not as open and public about her romantic relationships as her celebrity sisters. But she also seems to be open about the full extent of her sexuality.
The confession came from Vogue. In their cover story for their upcoming April issue, Kendall Jenner talked about her relationships in an honest discussion. She admits that the online rumors about her being gay steam from how different she is in her love life compared to her famous sisters.
I think it's because I'm not like all my other sisters, who are like, 'Here's me and my boyfriend!' No one ever saw me with a guy. I would always go that extra mile to be low-key with guys, sneaking around all the time. You don't want to, like, look crazy.
Kendall Jenner later noted that she doesn't believe she is gay or bisexual, but it's clearly something the 22-year-old wouldn't judge herself or anyone else about. Jenner admits she is willing to experiment if she somehow met a woman that she had feelings for, although that hasn't happened thus far in her life.
I don't think I have a bisexual or gay bone in my body, but I don't know! Who knows?! I'm all down for experience -- not against it whatsoever -- but I've never been there before.
Pondering on the question a bit longer, Kendall Jenner continued discussing the matter, talking about the "energy" she carries that keeps her moving forward.
Also, I know I have kind of a . . . male energy? But I don't want to say that wrong, because I'm not transgender or anything. But I have a tough energy. I move differently.
After speculating the question further, however, Kendall Jenner came to an answer to the interviewer's initial question, clearing the air on the matter.
But to answer your question: I'm not gay. I have literally nothing to hide. I would never hide something like that.
Earlier in the interview, Kendall Jenner talks about her relationship with NBA player Blake Griffin. While the piece admits that while they're dating, Kendall is less willing to confirm their coupling. That said, Jenner did have flattering things to say about her current love life, saying that she enjoys Griffin's company.
I like my private life... I'm happy. He's very nice. I have someone being very nice to me.
Kendall Jenner also discussed the idea of having kids, something she is willing to wait for. While Kendall is the only Kardashian/Jenner without children or with child at the moment, Jenner is comfortable with holding off, at least until a few years down the line.
I am ready to wait. I want to have kids, but at, like, 28 or 29.
