Real Housewife Of O.C.'s Daughter Arrested For Being A Drunk Mess, Punching Cop

Lindsey Knickerbocker might be best known as the daughter of Real Housewives Of Orange County star Tammy Knickerbocker, but if she has many more misadventures like this, she’ll develop quite a reputation for herself. Last month, the twenty-three-year-old allegedly plowed into two parked cars on Balboa Island. Police were called to the scene, but by the time they arrived, Lindsay had escaped on foot to a friend’s house. Not long after, they tracked her down, and that’s when things went from bad to worse.

According to TMZ, Lindsey sucker punched one of the responding officers in the chest and was promptly arrested for hit and run, driving under the influence and battery on a police officer. Once at the police station, her blood alcohol was measured, and she reportedly scored an astounding .32%, which is four times the legal limit in California.

Prosecutors aren’t particularly lenient about drunk driving charges to begin with. Considering Lindsey also hit two vehicles and punched a cop, it’s likely she might actually serve some real jail time here. In fact, the best case scenario for her is probably that she pleads out and gets her license taken away and quite a few hours of community service.

There’s really no excuse for having a blood alcohol level of .32%. A high percentage of people in their college years go out regularly and drink too much now and again, but there’s quite a bit of difference between getting good and drunk and being an absolute mess.
