Jersey Shore Family Vacation Season 2 may put a lot of the spotlight on Jen Harley and Ronnie drama, but they're not the only people on the show dealing with difficult situations. Jenni "JWoww" Farley revealed in the Season 2 premiere she was going through a struggle of her own as her 2-year-old son Greyson wasn't hitting his milestones for speech, and was nonverbal. Farley recently uploaded a video and brought interested parties up to date on Greyson's status, and the outpouring of support she received from viewers, noting:

I received thousands and thousands of messages on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, in regards to their kids being in the same position. I'll be honest I wasn't prepared for that, so when I received all these messages I was taken back... he's in early intervention and he is speech-delayed.

JWoww's update came via her official YouTube channel, which showed Greyson attending early intervention with JWoww and his 4-year old sister Meilani Alexandra helping him along. The Jersey Shore Family Vacation star didn't go too deep into Greyson's current progress, although indicated that she intends on giving more updates as he continues to develop and progress through therapy. This could be due to the fact that Jenni Farley saw the outpouring of support and the number of people reaching out with similar stories, so she may not want this to be the last time anyone gets an update on her son's progress.

Developmental update videos were something Jenni Farley had been doing in the early stages of Greyson's development, but she admitted she shied away from them when he started missing milestones. Once Farley opened up about his issues on Jersey Shore Family Vacation and saw the reaction it got, she realized she had an opportunity to open up a network of support and continue the conversation about an issue that's more common than some may realize. Farley wants to give others an outlet to share their stories, as well as a community to lean on as she helps Greyson through his development as well. She said:

I think sharing stories and educating each other is one of the best way to break the stigma when it comes to your child hitting developmental parts and on the chart. We just want the best for our kids. It's going to be okay, regardless of the situation.

JWoww's tease of the video on social had some of her Jersey Shore Family Vacation co-stars hopping into the comments, with well wishes coming from Snooki, Deena, and The Situation's fiance Lauren Pesce. Fans also reached out to Farley once again, with many sharing stories of their own experiences with speech-delay. Angelina Pivarnick and Jen Harley were absent from the well-wishing, although with Harley's account currently private (probably due to fans reacting to her onscreen behavior) and Pivarnick's on-and-off relationship with Farley, the lack of response is understandable.

Jersey Shore Family Vacation airs on MTV Thursdays at 8:00 p.m. ET. Keep track of all that's happening on cable television this fall season with our fall premiere guide.
