New Teaser Poster For HBO's Veep Arrives Online

The closer we inch toward April, the closer we get to HBO’s new comedy series Veep. HBO released a new poster for the comedy, which may show us where Julia Louis-Dreyfus' Selina stands among the recent line of American vice presidents.

Veep stars Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Selina Meyer, a former senator and current Vice President of the United States. Among her people are Amy (My Girl‘s Anna Chlumsky), Mike McClintock (Matt Walsh), Gary (Tony Hale), and Sue (Sufe Bradshaw).

The poster below keeps it simple and political, with Selina’s name listed below the last for U.S. VP’s.

While Dane Quayle and Dick Cheney are listed in GOP red, democrats Al Gore and Joe Biden are in blue. And then there’s Selina, who’s listed in black. Perhaps that means we won’t know exactly where she falls on the political scale, which may we a way to invite viewers from both sides of the line. Either way, ready or not, here she comes!

Veep premiers April 22 on HBO.
