Production on 21 Jump Street - the adaptation of the 80s television drama that launched Johnny Depp's career - began on Monday and star/writer Jonah Hill was quick to publish the first behind-the-scenes picture from the set, showing off the decal for the Metropolitan City Police. Now it appears that's going to be a regular thing.

A few minutes ago Hill took to his Twitter account and sent out a message saying, "21 Jump Street". Channing just snapped this picture of me texting between set ups. http://t.co/bDht1jr." In addition to being the first shot of Hill in costume, this photo is interesting for many reasons. For starters, it appears that Hill has lost a lot of weight in his preparation for the role; secondly, everyone looks pretty badass scratching his temple with a gun; and thirdly, it would seem that the movie is going to involve a high school prom in some way.
