Operation Kino Podcast #47: The Grey Reviewed And The Sundance Film Festival Discussed
This week on Operation Kino, it's something of a miracle that we exist at all. The episode is taking a different format this week, with just two segments-- first up is our review of The Grey, and then Patches and Katey join special guest Eric D. Snider for an update from the Sundance Film Festival, about the films we've seen and which ones we expect to come to a theater near you. If you're looking for David, don't worry-- he pops up in the lightning round at the beginning of the show, which is inspired by all the TV stars in One for the Money. We don't end with dessert this week because, well, we're just gonna blame Sundance madness. And we'll be back to normal next week, so enjoy this switcher while it lasts!
Take a listen below and find your downloading options; for more from all of us, you can follow our special guest Eric Snider (@ericdsnider), the show (@opkino), Da7e (@da7e), David (@davidehrlich or @CriterionCorner), Patches (@misterpatches) and Katey (@kateyrich) on Twitter. 00:00-01:10 Lightning Round 01:25 - 18:18 The Grey reviewed 18:38- 44:08 Sundance Film Festival Dispatch |
