Rockstar Games released the first in a series of Max Payne 3 video. The video has nearly four minutes of in-game footage from the upcoming PS3/Xbox 360/PC shooter.
"The Design and Technology Video Series offers a detailed look at the targeting mechanics, movement and animation, enemy intelligence and other technical design innovations going into building an advanced, intense and immersive action-shooter with Max Payne 3," says Rockstar.
MP3 will use Rockstar's proprietary RAGE engine. It's the same tech used in Grand Theft Auto IV and Red Dead Redemption. As you'll see in the trailer, though, the game's got more of a run-and-gun feel than those titles.
Gaming Blend had the chance to check out a live demo of MP3 at this year's New York Comic Con. Read our impressions of the demo to learn more about the game.
