Kick-Ass Website Debuts, The Trailer Comes Next Week

Yesterday I posted the new character posters for Matthew Vaughn's Kick-Ass and predicted that it wouldn't be long until a trailer popped up online. I wasn't wrong.

Lionsgate has officially launched the film's website (iamkick-ass.com), and while it would seem that the site has a few bugs to work out, as the main photo is off-center and cuts off Nicolas Cage in his "Big Daddy" costume (UPDATE: Now Fixed), the most valuable item is towards the bottom, where a countdown clock is ticking down until the trailer's premiere. I'll just save you some trouble and tell you that it will be available on Sunday November 15th at 12:00 AM EST (and we won't be a minute late with it).

In other news about the film, Lionsgate has also been holding test screenings and the reviews are nothing short of spectacular, some even calling it the best superhero movie ever made (though some may already be forgetting The Dark Knight). Early clips from the film were some of the biggest hits at this years Comic Con, and if all the buzz is true, it may be something to mark in your calendar.
