Meghan Markle's Father Is Ready To Reunite In England
Since the Royal Wedding took place in the early days of summer, Meghan Markle hasn't found herself in the news quite as often. She has been living the married life with her husband, Prince Harry, and for all intensive purpose, the newly-appointed Duchess of Sussex has been living happily-ever-after with her famous hubby and her new royal in-laws ever since. Well, almost happily-ever-after. Because Meghan Markle's father Thomas Markle constantly finds himself filling up the tabloid pages. He has been displeased with both his newfound family and his daughter, and believes he has been shunned and abandoned by them in the months since the famous marriage took place.
Despite all the hassle and woe that has resulted in Thomas Markle being excommunicated from his daughter, he remains hopeful these days. The reason why? Because Mr. Markle believes he will soon be reunited with his daughter in an effort to regain peace. Here's what the frustrated father said during a recent interview, where he was asked about the current state of his weathered relationship with his daughter and her new famous family.
The latest update in the ongoing Thomas Markle/Meghan Markle debacle comes from The Sun. According to the tabloid publication, Thomas is hoping to make amends with his daughter, and is planning on flying to England to meet with her soon. That doesn't confirm that peace and love are on the way, but it's hopefully a step forward.
It's unclear if there will be any resolution made, as the royal family still seems to be peeved about the photo scandal that occurred just a mere few days before the Royal Wedding commenced before the world stage. But the point remains that Mr. Markle isn't giving up on his daughter, and he is going to do whatever it takes to get reacquainted with her soon. Compared to how he was talking even a few months earlier, where he sounded a whole lot dourer in his proclamations, this update may be hopeful.
The last time we heard from Thomas Markle, the father of the most famous bride of the year sounded like he was in the pits. More specifically, Thomas thought there wasn't going to be a clear way for him to speak with Meghan Markle-- thanks to the Royal Family's heavy security and the family's strong desire to leave him out of things altogether. Markle went so far as to claim that things at the Royal Family residence would be better if he were to die. So, at the very least, Thomas sounds more hopeful now than he did even just a few months ago. If there's a silver lining here, that's probably it.
