The Kardashian family has legions of fans all over the world, as many have become hooked on the family drama that is regularly exposed to the public in episodes of E! network's reality series Keeping Up with the Kardashians. The show has become such a big part of pop culture that it's almost hard to believe that it's coming up on its tenth anniversary. Keeping Up with the Kardashians debuted on October 14, 2007. Now, as the show approaches the ten-year milestone, Kourtney Kardashian hit the streets undercover to interview random passersby about the Kardashians. Take a look at her in disguise!

Yes, Kourtney donned a blonde wig and a distinctly non-Kardashian blazer and high-buttoned blouse to question folks on the street about the Kardashians. When she asked people who there favorite Kardashian is, she heard Kendall and Khloe. When she asked a couple of people about their thoughts on the hottest Kardashian, she got an answer she liked: Kourtney. In a fun twist, Khloe was on the other end of Kourtney's earpiece, feeding her instructions and listening in on the interviews.

While the Kardashians are some of the most recognizable figures in pop culture today, it's easy to understand why Kourtney wasn't getting recognized while undercover. The wig went a long way to divert attention from her face, and it's not like many people would assume that a person they happen to meet out in public is one of the Kardashians. That said, one woman actually did recognize Kourtney, and she got a hug for it.

The footage of Kourtney Kardashian undercover comes from a peek at the Kardashians 10th Anniversary Special, and her exploits provide some pretty good laughs. Not everything in the clip is hilarious, however, as Kim Kardashian took the chance to speak candidly about the time while she was pregnant with daughter North West that she believed she'd had a miscarriage. A doctor revealed that he couldn't find a heartbeat, and it was only when Kim returned to the doctor for treatment of a miscarriage that a heartbeat was discovered. She hadn't had a miscarriage, and North West was born to the delight of the Kardashian family and their fans everywhere.
