Why 90 Day Fiance Fans Shouldn't Worry Too Much About Tania And Syngin

Tania And Syngin 90 Day Fiance TLC

The latest season of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? hasn't exactly been going well for many featured couples, including Tania and Syngin. The couple has been through a stressful time with Tania still being unable to work with her foot and Syngin having trouble finding work in America. A recent episode featured Syngin saying he didn't see the relationship working if they stayed in America, and it may have caused some to believe the two are close to being done.

The good news is the couple is still together in the present and, according to Fox News, working on their relationship. The couple was interviewed about where their relationship currently stands, and Tania said the two are working through some things in therapy:

We started marriage counseling to help us make sure that we're going on the right path and making sure we're communicating well with each other and making sure our goals -- not even just our end goals -- like how we got there [is in sync].

The couple is quarantined in Connecticut, and as mentioned, working on some things in their relationship in marriage counseling. The two are planning a trip to South Africa in the future, likely so Syngin can visit with his family and friends.

When the two aren't in counseling, Tania did confirm they've been watching 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? and reliving some times in their life they may not want to. Tania talked about the experience of watching their season as it unfolds on television and the impact it's had on them:

[It] brings up like old arguments that we've already kind of settled. And it's like, 'Wait, we've already, we've gotten past this. We don't have to go over it again.'

Syngin added that he tends to get embarrassed in the middle of fights, as 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? crews are right there filming heated and deeply personal arguments for viewers to see later. Those arguments are then dissected by viewers, some of which have no problem offering the couple unsolicited advice on their social media channels.

This is nothing entirely unique to any 90 Day Fiancé cast member, all of whom have fans offering advice on situations that oftentimes are long past when they actually happened. Obviously though, it can take a toll on the subjects, especially if couples are actively discouraging a couple from being together as they try to work through rough patches. Seems like precisely the reason a couple might want to be in therapy, so it sounds like Tania and Syngin are doing the right thing.

90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? airs on TLC Sundays at 8:00 p.m. ET. Continue to stick with CinemaBlend for more on the franchise, and the latest news happening in television and movies.
