Mad Men Season 5 Teaser Shows Off Don Draper

Don Draper is back! Or, he is in this teaser, and he will be on AMC when Mad Men returns for the much awaited fifth season. A teaser for the new season has arrived online, and while it does serve as a reminder of all the style, confidence and debauchery that exists in the drama series, it doesn’t contain any spoilers... unless you aren’t caught up with Season 4.

I’m definitely due for a rewatch of the whole series before the Season 5 premieres on March 25th, given that it's been over a year since Season 4 aired. TV Line posted the teaser below, which focuses almost entirely on Don Draper, the dashing lead character on the the series. Check it out ahead...

Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong, but is all or most of the above footage recycled from previous episodes? The “Trust me, I work in advertising” line is definitely familiar, and Don proposed to Megan in the Season 4 finale.

Recycled or not, it certainly is a teaser! It’s still exciting to know that Don Draper will soon return, and we’ll get to see where (and when) things pick up for the series in Season 5 on March 25th.
