Due out this summer for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC, Batman: Arkham Asylum is shaping up to be one of those cool, under-played titles that could just break out and sell millions. Eidos has been doing their part in sharing new assets of the caped crusader with the press, and we’re doing our part in sharing those assets with our readers.

The new screenshots detail some more Batman-beat-e’m-up action, as well as some Joker-getting-chocked-by-Batman and some Croc-about-to-get-pummeled-by-Batman scenarios. Overall, it’s a cool new collection of screenshots that has set a good pace for the upcoming title. Now the real test is whether the gameplay lives up to the concept.
