Watch Chris Pratt Solve A Rubik's Cube In The Middle Of An Interview

With Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 only less than a week(!) away, the movie's actors have been undergoing one hell of a global press tour to promote the blockbuster. Doing all these interviews one after the other can be fairly grueling on a person, but sometimes the interviewer can make it fun for all parties involved. Case in point: someone gave Chris Pratt a Rubik's Cube to solve while doing an interview. While this might sound pretty tasking on the brain, Pratt might be the ultimate human because he does not miss a beat answering questions while playing with the cube

Kudos go to PopBuzz for handing Chris Pratt a Rubik's Cube during his interview and then sharing it with the rest of the world to see. Not only does Pratt actually solve the cube (in three minutes and 16 seconds, no less), but he manages to answer all the questions thrown at him with his usual charm and wit. The questions asked ranged from humorous to surprisingly thought provoking, as Pratt touched on subjects like joining the MCU, fanboying over Kurt Russell, and keeping in touch with the rest of the cast of Parks and Recreation. But all of those questions didn't keep Pratt from solving the cube, a pretty impressive feat to accomplish while also answering questions in front of a camera.

If you're wondering why a Rubik's Cube of all things, aside from the fact that it's a fun thing to keep your hand's busy while talking, the puzzle is a popular item from the eighties, which _Guardians of the Galaxy _draws a lot of inspiration from. Young Peter Quill more than likely played with one himself before he got abducted by Yondu and the Ravagers.

As for the actual interview itself, Chris Pratt gets some very cool questions to answer. For instance, "5,000 Candles in the Wind" is the Mouse Rat (Andy's band in Parks) song that Pratt would pick to be on the Awesome Mix. He also got some very light hazing from the other Chris' (Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth) while on the set of Avengers: Infinity War, but saying what they did would be getting into spoiler territory somehow.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is written and directed by James Gunn and picks up with the Guardians a few months after the events of the first film. The team of misfits and rogues are forced to guard the galaxy yet again and embark on a journey that eventually leads Star-Lord to meet his father, Ego. You can catch the movie when it rockets into theaters on May 5, 2017. To learn more about the film, here's everything we know about the blockbuster.
