That Time Bobby Brown Had Sex With A Ghost

Bobby Brown has said and done a lot of outrageous things in his life. He is, without question, one of the most fascinating people of the past few decades, but he may have actually upped his own high water mark for outlandishness this week when he told Robin Roberts he had sex with a ghost.

Yes, you read that correctly. Bobby Brown, as in Whitney Houston’s ex-husband and New Edition singer Bobby Brown, claims he got it on with an undead being inside a creepy mansion back in the day. This is not a joke. Here’s the actual quote from the longer interview

“I bought this mansion in Georgia ... This was a really, really spooky place. But yes, one time, I woke up and, yeah, a ghost — I was being mounted by a ghost. I wasn’t high ... I was not trippin’.”

Just straight up awesome. Most of us dream about having sex with a celebrity or a supermodel or an Olympian. Bobby Brown has done most of that, by the way. He’s casually admitted before to bedding not only Whitney Houston but also Janet Jackson and Madonna. This whole ghost thing, however, puts the rest of that to shame. It’s just next level awesome. That being said, it does bring up a few questions.

Was the ghost hot?

Did Bobby use protection?

Is there a sex tape?

Was the ghost of age?

Was the ghost single or did she have a ghost husband?

Did he try to contact her again?

Were other ghosts watching?

Are ghosts quietly having sex with other people who just aren’t talking about it?

I need a Ask Me Anything Reddit thread about ghost sex ASAP, and I need a follow-up interview with Robin Roberts and Bobby Brown in which they only talk about this whole experience because it’s frankly way more interesting than recounting his history with cocaine for the millionth time. We already know he made some mistakes. We already know he has sadly, lived one of the most tragic lives imaginable. All this ghost stuff, though, is new.

And on that note, I’m going to leave you with New Edition’s “Candy Girl” because nothing has ever felt more right than dropping this hot track right now. Young Bobby Brown had no idea of the ghostly places he’d end up when he belted out this classic…
