Big Brother Spoilers: Are The Six Shooters Headed For Collapse?
Warning! The following contains spoilers for Big Brother! Read at your own risk!
The Six Shooters may have just positioned Sam Smith to be the contestant to exit this week, but that doesn't mean things are all good between Big Brother's strongest alliance. There was tension amongst the group when Holly Allen told Christie Murphy and Tommy Bracco she was having second thoughts about putting up Kathryn Dunn as a pawn. Instead, she wanted to give Sam a pass, and use the opportunity to get Nicole Anthony out of the game once and for all.
The move didn't make sense to Christie or Tommy, who didn't see Nicole as nearly as big a threat as Sam Smith. As has been the case before, Christie's paranoia got the best of her and she told Tommy and Analyse "Sis" Talavera later she believed Holly and Jackson were saving Sam for some new alliance apart from the Six Shooters. Sis told Holly and her problematic beau Jackson Michie, and Jackson went to confront Christie and Tommy.
After a whole bunch of drama, Big Brother ended with Holly putting Kat (who volunteered to be a pawn earlier in the episode) up as opposed to Nicole, and it seemed the Six Shooters are all on the same page. In reality, the group seems to be closer than its ever been to collapse as Jackson was heard saying the following to the controversial Jack Matthews on recent live feeds.
So what led to this conversation? Apparently, Jackson and Holly told Jack that Christie has been in conversations with the floating HouseGuests and is hoping to join another alliance. Basically, she doesn't want to be in the endgame with couples, and considering the Six Shooters is two-thirds couples, it isn't hard to read between the lines. Now, there's some real talk about getting Christie out of the game, which could have big implications in the upcoming elimination.
Specifically, the previously doomed Sam may yet escape his Big Brother elimination over Kat. He's apparently campaigning pretty hard to stay in the game, and he's offering something that Jackson and Holly may be interested in pursuing.
According to later conversations from Jack, the idea was not Sam's. He said Jackson put the bug in his ear, and Jack (who many viewers dislike) is making rounds and telling others about it. He's was heard speaking to Tommy, who has that outside connection to Christie and is somewhat close to her. Will Tommy or anyone else let Christie know what Sam is campaigning? He's loyal, but if the move against Kat and Christie are unavoidable, he may just step aside to save his own skin.
