Miley Cyrus Porn Searches Are Way Up After Call Her Daddy Appearance

Miley Cyrus in Midnight Sun music video.

Actress, musician and pop culture sensation Miley Cyrus stopped by the Call Her Daddy podcast last week for a candid conversation about her life. As with most conversations on Call Her Daddy, a good portion was spent on past relationships, current fetishes and of course, sexual preferences. Cyrus, as per usual, was extremely candid during the sitdown. She touched on everything from her attraction to women to her first time hooking up with a guy, often in very direct terms. The interview was widely praised by fans, and apparently, some of those fans got a little excited while they were listening.

Our friends over at Pornhub were kind enough to send over some user behavior information following the Call Her Daddy episode, and it looks like quite a few were turned on by what they heard. Searches for Miley Cyrus on Pornhub were up 138 percent after publication, and they trended that way for several days. You can check out the chart below…

Miley Cyrus obviously saw the bigger raw numbers here, but it should also be noted host Alex Cooper picked up more than 1500 searches following the episode, as well. The media personality’s personal brand has grown quite a bit over the past few years as Call Her Daddy has exploded into one of the most popular podcasts in the world, but the attention directed toward her really increased earlier this year after some of the show’s behind the scenes drama went public.

There’s not enough time to explain everything here, but in short, Alex Cooper originally hosted Call Her Daddy, which is produced by Barstool Sports, alongside her friend Sofia Franklyn. The show suddenly stopped producing new episodes in April, leading fans to speculate on what was happening. A little more than a month later, everyone involved suddenly started speaking on the record, unfolding somewhat conflicting but mostly agreeing stories about how the women, allegedly with support from Franklyn’s boyfriend who was an HBO executive, tried to shop the podcast to other companies. Cooper eventually ended up returning to Barstool, cutting Franklyn out and moving forward with the show on her own, plus a rotating list of guests that now includes Miley Cyrus.

There are some people who just put asses in the seats. There’s no other way to put it. Miley Cyrus is one of those people. Everything she does attracts attention, whether people like her or not. Given the size of Call Her Daddy’s audience, it’s no surprise the episode put up huge numbers, and given the content of the show, I suppose it’s no surprise either that it put plenty of fans in the mood.
