The term “barely legal” conjures up all kinds of images, but anything to do with lawyers, really isn’t one of them. However, Hollywood Reporter has the news that NBC is debuting a brand new show entitled just that.
Barely Legal is a new comedy starring Hillary Duff, and executive produced by Rob Morrow. I adore Rob Morrow, and if he were going to be on the show, I’d surely give it a shot. As it is, here’s what they have to say about it…
The “half-hour comedy based on the true story of Kathleen Holtz, who in November 2007 passed the notoriously difficult California bar at age 18 to become the state's youngest lawyer.”
Sounds like a winner, right? Well, I guess it’s up in the air, but you can guarantee that a whole lot of young men will tune in just because they see the title in their cable guide. I predict the first few weeks will do very well.
