True Blood Season 5 Teaser: Don't Cry, It's Back!

Much like some of their other activities, crying is a bloody affair for vampires on True Blood. A sad moment can make a mess of even the prettiest vampire's face. HBO's new teaser for Season 5 has a little fun with that as it celebrates some of the more tearful moments of the series. No major spoilers ahead!

I'm not usually one to laugh at people who are crying, but it's difficult not to smile watching the various sad moments featured in the teaser below. Not all of them feature vampires but enough do to make me realize the people on this series are a bunch of cry-babies.

Ok, granted, Bon Temps sees its fair share of loss and suffering, but you'd think vampires would have thicker skin, no? Apparently not.

The teaser doesn't seem to offer much (if anything) from Season 5, but it does serve as a dramatic and amusing reminder that this bloody-addicting soap will be back soon enough. For a better look at Season 5, check out the explosive trailer here. Or you can wait just a couple more weeks, as it's set to premiere on HBO on Sunday, June 10!
