Addison Rae Kicks Off Tour For Netflix’s She’s All That Remake With Pics And A Dance TikTok (Of Course)
This past year has been a whirlwind for Addison Rae, as the social media star’s following has been steadily growing. Along the way, she’s even become friends with Kourtney Kardashian and now seems to be one of the reality TV star’s besties. Now, Rae is preparing to enter a new stage in her career, as she’ll be making her acting debut this summer in the gender-swapped remake of She’s All That. The press tour for the teen comedy is about to kick off, and Rae marked the occasion with photos and, of course, a dance video on TikTok.
Netflix’s He’s All That is one of the most intriguing offers on the streamer’s slate, and Addison Rae has seemed excited to be a part of the movie. Rae marked the start of her press tour by heading to Instagram to post some pics of herself in a gray ensemble. You can check out the photos in the post down below:
The recent TikTok video that Addison Rae posted to celebrate is also proof that the social media celebrity hasn’t strayed far from her roots. In the clip, she and a friend dance to Big Yavo’s “Rich.” Check out the video for yourself:

Not only is Addison Rae starring in He’s All That, but she’s actually taking on the lead role of Padgett Sawyer, a popular student attempting to avenge herself following a humiliating breakup. To do so, she accepts a challenge to turn social outcast Cameron Kweller (Cobra Kai’s Tanner Buchanan) into prom king material. The two stars are also joined by the likes of Myra Malloy, Madison Pettis, Peyton Meyer and She’s All That star Rachel Leigh Cook, who will portray the mother of Rae’s character. Rae’s aforementioned bestie, Kourtney Kardashian, is also reportedly set to cameo in the film.
The original She’s All That is a film that’s incredibly close to Addison Rae, as it was a movie her mother loved and recommended she watch. With this, it appears Rae took her first starring role very seriously. The TikToker-turned-actress previously explained that she took acting classes seven days a week in order to prepare for the movie, in addition to hours of daily “script analysis.” Rae also revealed on a separate occasion that she tried a bit of method acting by having her friends and family call her “Padgett” on and off set.
While the emphasis will obviously be on the star’s acting chops, one can’t help but wonder if the producers allowed Addison Rae to put her dance skills to use for the role as well. It wouldn’t be at all surprising if she shows off her moves at some point during the movie. There is going to be a prom, after all.
With her first movie under her belt, it’s easy to see why Addison Rae is so pumped for the press tour. It’s sure to be one that’s filled with funny and sweet stories from the set.
