The throwback shot from 2001 goes all the way back to the days when Busy Philipps and Michelle Williams were costarring on the hit teen drama Dawson's Creek together, and next to it Philipps uploaded a gorgeous photo of the besties on the step and repeat at a screening of Williams' new film Manchester by the Sea on Sunday. Philipps poked a bit of fun at their early-2000s fashion choices in the caption, pointing out that they were not at a costume party and celebrating the fact that her "eyebrows grew back." Their style may have changed, but it's clear that the friendship between Philipps and Williams is just as strong as it ever was!

And it's clear that Michelle Williams' love for Busy Philipps is just as strong. Williams gushed about Philipps while doing press at Sunday's screening, calling her former costar the love of her life to PEOPLE.

I'm here with my best friend. I'm so in love with her. She's proof that the love of your life does not have to be a man! That's the love of my life right there.

And this wasn't even the first time that Michelle Williams chose to bring Busy Philipps as her plus one to a major event. Just over a week ago, Philipps served as Williams' date to the Critics' Choice Awards where William's was nominated for her performance in Manchester by the Sea. The two even had a little bathroom photo shoot together while at the event.

And their friendship isn't just for the fun times. Michelle Williams also recently talked about the tough dating advice that Busy Philipps gave her around the tenth anniversary of her former boyfriend Heath Ledger's death. In a cover story for Porter Magazine, Williams revealed the difficulties she's had dating in her mid-30s while also raising a child as a single mother, and said that Philipps had told her she was basically in a blackout zone and had to just wait for couples to start getting divorced. That's hilariously blunt talk that friends are for!

Here's to another 15 years of #FriendshipGoals, Busy Philipps and Michelle Williams!
