Kim Kardashian And Kanye West Will Reportedly Get Married Twice

With a baby that’s almost a year old, a flexible schedule that allows for free time, plenty of resources and a ring that’s been on her finger for months, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian were starting to attract some whispers as to why they hadn’t set a wedding date yet. Let the record show those whispers can now stop. The high profile couple has finally committed to a plan, or more specifically, two plans.

According to TMZ, the musician and his soon-to-be reality star wife have decided to get officially married very quietly in the privacy of their own home and then to do it up in a crazy, over the top ceremony in Paris. The low key ceremony will reportedly take place this week. That’s right. By the end of the weekend, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian will officially be Kimye. Let that sink in for a minute. The follow-up second event will apparently take place about a month after the first one over in France, which isn’t as weird as it might seem.

The soon-to-be spouses have been very open about their love for Europe in the past. They’ve also been open about a desire to buy a house in Paris. Even a small condo in the city costs an arm and a leg, but luckily for these two, they don’t exactly need to worry about the money.

I have no idea if this marriage will work out long-term, but it’s pretty easy to tell this relationship has a hell of a lot better chance of working out than her trainwreck of a last ill-fated union. Both Kim Kardashian and Kanye West seem extremely invested and committed to making it work. On the whole, they’ve moved pretty slowly, and they seem to be working really hard to make time for each other. Let's hope that continues.
