Will Season 7 be as light-hearted as this picture? Hearties will find out eventually. When Calls the Heart ended its sixth season on Hallmark Channel back in June. In the finale, Elizabeth danced with Lucas. While doing so, though, Elizabeth gazed over at Nathan. How will things play out between the trio? Stay tuned.
In the aftermath, the sixth season had to be reworked to remove scenes of Lori Loughlin’s Abigail. That all went down in March. At the time, When Calls the Heart’s executive producer reassured fans, and a May return date was eventually set. The show settled on an abrupt departure for Lori Loughlin’s Abigail. The character was left alive, so the door is open for a potential recast.
