After a period of silence following scathing accusations from Rose Vega, Big Ed is finally speaking out. While the 90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days star had previously ignored comments made by his lover on the TLC reality show, Ed has clapped back with a cutting joke at her expense as more details about the couple's current status are teased as being on the way.
Big Ed's jab at Rose came via a video for a fan, in which Big Ed talked about Klippel Feil syndrome. While the video stayed on track for a majority of the two minutes, the first ten seconds featured a burn pointed towards Rose that cannot be ignored. Here's the bit that, at the moment, looks to be the first time Ed has talked about Rose since her explosive online rant about him:
You guys know I went to the Philippines obviously. This is the only thing I got in the Philippines, a mug. Just kidding, I got a mug and I got some great coffee.
Big Ed threw some obvious shade at Rose pretending she was a non-factor in his trip to the Philippines. It's a snarky response considering how Ed had previously been a little more neutral in his statements about his 90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days co-star. It also could have a bit of a double meaning, as coffee is occasionally used as a metaphor for sex in America. One of this season's most meme'd moments has been when Ed and Rose spent the night together, and Ed was dancing around after excitedly telling the camera they had sex.
Rose was less willing to be forthcoming about the evening in the episode and, now that 90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days is airing, has not liked the various things that have been said about her on the show. Rose has alleged that much of what Ed has said about her in the season were lies and that he was essentially using her and their relationship as a means to become a celebrity.
While it's unclear exactly what the truth is between this 90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days couple, it appears more information about the couple's relationship will soon be coming from Rose, courtesy of her YouTube channel:
Rose Vega may tell 90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days viewers some things they haven't previously known, though it's all from her perspective. Rose has already told some things about her and Big Ed's relationship, some of which has conflicted with what was shown on camera. Of course, reality television producers can edit footage any way they want and convince viewers certain events happened when in reality they didn't.
