Real Housewives Stars Lit Up Celebrity Family Feud's Steve Harvey With Ridiculous Answers

Anytime you get the cast from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills together, you know things are going to get wild, especially when Bravo's Andy Cohen is also involved. Such was the case on Sunday night's episode of ABC's Celebrity Family Feud, which featured RHOBH's formerly feuding cast members such as Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, Dorit Kemsley, Garcelle Beauvais and Teddi Mellencamp. As you can probably imagine, some of the ladies provided answers that not only failed to match up with what the survey said, but they threw host Steve Harvey for a total loop.

Indeed, it appears as if the Celebrity Family Feud writers and producers were trying to set up a home run from the very beginning, with an early survey question referencing Steve Harvey's iconic facial hair. Dorit Kemsley should have known better than to offer this wild answer:

STEVE: Name something you’d like to do to Steve Harvey’s mustache.DORIT: Blow on it.STEVE: Yes! [Pumps fist.] This is a grown folk answer now!

Next to her, Dorit Kemsley's teammates were smacking their foreheads and laughing in response to her "Blow on it" answer, while Steve Harvey was oh so tickled to hear that response. Unfortunately for the Real Housewives squad, Kemsley's answer wasn't one that matched up with any of the answers given by the 100 people surveyed for the show. I mean, she's probably not the only person out there who would think about blowing on Harvey's mustache, but the examples are likely few and far between.

I wonder if that would help Steve Harvey out when he's in the midst of trimming his mustache. Having someone nearby to blow on it would possibly keep most stray hair bits from falling down onto his shirt. I'm not sure Dorit Kemsley had such a practical reason in mind with that answer, but still. At least her response matched up with the sexually charged answers that Family Feud's writers generally like to shoot for.

Speaking of, Andy Cohen had his own fairly risqué answer to that question that actually got bleeped by the network censors. He came clean about what he'd said on Twitter after it aired, but hadn't even realized his answer was deemed too explicit.

In a later round, Lisa Rinna took things to a slightly more surreal place with her answer to a survey question. Check out the exchange below.

STEVE: A wife’s wish might be that just as her husband says he’s leaving her, he’s hit by what?LISA: A loaf of bread!

Perhaps Lisa Rinna was picturing herself holding a stereotypical sack of groceries from a movie or TV show, which almost always include a large baguette sticking from the top of the bag. Otherwise, I can't quite imagine a scenario in which anyone would grab a normal bagged loaf of white bread in order to smack a husband who declared he was leaving. After all, bread is entirely too soft for such a vengeful act.

As a major part of ABC's summer game show lineup, Celebrity Family Feud airs every Sunday night on ABC at 8:00 p.m. ET, with many more battles coming in future weeks. Head to our Summer 2020 TV schedule to see everything else hitting the small screen soon.
