I don’t think you can think about Tara Reid, Corbin Bernsen, and Jessica Steen without thinking about genetically enhanced vipers. That sort of association is going to come in handy for the DVD release of the thriller/horror film Vipers. Rather than snakes on a plane, this is snakes on an island and there is no Samuel L. Jackson. There’s still sure to be lots of snakes killing, though, and that’s what we all love, right?
The DVD will release on September 23rd, two days after playing on the Sci-Fi Channel. No extras mentioned, but this will be an R-rated edition, which means more blood or boobies…or both! This is the tenth installment in the “Maneater” series, whatever that is, but my guess is they don’t have a lot of lengthy character driven story arcs you’re going to need to know about. Instead, it’s sinister snakes trying kill people in a hotel on an isolated island. If the pictures we have below are any indication, they do it by biting the crap out of everyone.
