As CB's resident Vin Diesel luster, it's my sad duty to report that he won't be appearing in the next xXx. Instead, you'll get his lackluster, brain-dead Scott Speedman, the guy most famous for turning into a gigantic smurf in last year's heavy metal vampire adventure, Underworld. Speedman will pair up with Ice Cube, who has the ability to deflect wind and read maps on a motorcycle and 60mph.

Also joining the cast of the now titled XXX: State of the Union is Nona Gaye (bland romantic interest), Sunny Mabrey (political hottie), and real life goblin Willem DaFoe.

The only guy returning is Samuel L. Jackson, a largely superfluous part of the original movie, and an actor who'd be better off making a movie that doesn't feature Scott Speedman. What won't be returning is my interest.
