My first instinct when I see the words "From Palm Pictures" in my inbox is to skip right on to the next email. Alright, I'm a philistine. But I'm glad I didn't skip past this one. We have a new poster and some great images from The Heart is Deceitful Above All Things, the new film from director, writer, and sexpot actress Asia Argento. You probably best remember her as xXx's girlfriend, she on the other hand probably doesn't remember that as the high point in her career.

Heat is Deceitful is based on a best-selling cult novel, two descriptors which to me, seem to be mutually exclusive. The movie is bound to raise a few eyebrows. It's the story of a boy forced to become a Christian fundamentalist by ultra-religious grandparents, and then dragged out of Jesus' loving embrace by drug-addicted, prostitute mother.
