Alright, with Land of the Dead opening soon, the Romero love has gotten a little out of hand. Yes, we're all excited that he's finally making another zombie movie and yes, the guy really is quite a filmmaker. But Guillermo Del Toro has started comparing him to Michelangelo and somewhere after that a serious reality check line was crossed.

You can see all the crazed George A. Romero love in a little tribute clip from Universal featuring interviews with people like Filmmaker Dennis Hopper. Filmmaker… wait when did this happen? What happened to Dennis Hopper, star of Waterworld or Dennis Hopper, guy who used to hang out with cool celebrities? I'd like suggest Dennis Hopper: guy who has been in a lot of movies most of them bad. Anyway Dennis, Eli Roth, Guillermo Del Toro and some other people had a chance to talk about the greatness of George and rub themselves all up against his genius. Then George A. Romero talks a little bit about himself. Of course he doesn't address the one thing I'd like to see answered: Why does he look so much like Stan Lee?
