Sky Showbiz and Moviehole say the one time pop singer is working on getting a movie made of her life. What kind of person gets a movie made about themselves… besides Howard Stern that is? That takes a special kind of ego. Adding to that self-love, Belinda says she wants Jessica Alba to play her.

Now Jessica Alba is nine kinds of hot, but she's still been unable to prove herself as any kind of real actress. She's just a shade above being a female version of Paul Walker. Apparently, Belinda's had a pretty troubled life, with fluctuating weight problems and drug addictions. You know, real Momma Cass rock and roll goddess stuff. The sort of life that might require someone who knows how to act. Someone with more chops than Alba. I guess Ms. Carlisle thinks not.

Of course that's just Belinda's pie in the sky casting request. Who knows if her movie will ever end up filming or if Jessica would even be interesting in playing her in it. But with Jessica looking for acting legitimacy, a role like this might be just the thing to do it. If it's really offered to her, don't be surprised if she considers it.
