Spielberg’s upcoming film about the terrorist massacre of 11 athletes at the 1972 Munich Olympics finally has a title. According to Dark Horizons He’s calling it Munich, and at some point that name will probably be printed in a really really big font.

Along with a title Steve has released a few more details about the movie. It’ll be told from the viewpoint of a secret Israeli assassination squad charged with hunting down and killing the 11 Palestinians responsible for planning the killings. Eric Bana will star as the leader of the assassination specialists, since he had really big muscles. Also in the cast is Daniel Craig, a name people know primarily because he keeps coming up in James Bond rumors… and also he was in some movie no one saw called Layer Cake.

Look for Munich in theaters this December
