After years of hiding his bits and pieces behind the curve of his considerable belly, Homer Simpson may soon have the opportunity to show the world just what he’s packing. The Hollywood Reporter says Matt Groenig showed up in Amsterdam recently and showed ten minutes of footage from the upcoming The Simpsons: Movie, and included in that ten minutes was a shot of cartoon genitalia.

For obvious reasons that’s not the sort of thing they can display on TV. It looks like now that they’re taking America’s yellowest family to the big screen, Groenig is taking advantages of the raunchy freedom afforded by a cinematic release. Or, maybe he only did it because he was in Amsterdam and that’s just the sort of thing you do in Amsterdam. It’s either exposed genitals or tons of pot. Take your pick.

Though the movie won’t be released till July 27th, right now the MPAA lists The Simpsons Movie as PG-13. Live action gentials (unless you’re James Cameron) usually warrant an instant R-rating, though it’s possible that the MPAA might have less of a problem with animated dick.
