It’s pretty cool to be excited about the upcoming movie adaptation of Frank Miller’s “Sin City”. Funny, the longer the production drags on, the more people there out there claiming to have read the graphic novel or comic or whatever it is. Well I still haven’t read it, won’t claim to have read it, and genuinely still have no clear idea what the heck this thing is about.

What I do know is that very geeky people seem to be very excited about it. Is that you?

If it is, you’ll probably love the first poster released for the film. It’s all red and depressed, which is of course cool. But come on, what’s up with those bandages? Throws the whole thing off. It’s like someone poked holes in his face and behind it is a nexus in the space time continuum. Then again, like I said I haven’t read it, so maybe there is.
