As if the original Holocaust wasn’t traumatic enough, now ghosts from that era are tormenting hot young women. That’s the premise, anyway, of the supernatural thriller Unborn. As we noted last month, Cloverfield actress Odette Yustman will play said hot chick and Gary Oldman plays a rabbi who attempts to help Yustman with an exorcism.

Now HR is reporting that the cast for Unborn is expanding with more hot chicks set to join Yustman. Carla Gugino will play Yustman’s mother and Meagan Good will be her best friend. Also joining the cast are Jane Alexander as the ghost’s Holocaust surviving sister and The Wire’s Idris Elba as a priest.

The cast as a whole is not exactly impressive, although Oldman and Gugino are typically good no matter what the material. Also, it’s always nice to see Stringer Bell walking around healthy. Batman Begins writer David Goyer is in the director’s chair and filming started yesterday.
