Kim Kardashian And Kanye West Are Buying A House

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West may not be planning to walk down the aisle anytime soon, but they are doing pretty much everything else possible to up their commitment level. She’s currently pregnant with the couple’s first child, and now, the two are moving forward with plans to purchase a house for themselves and the impending third member of their new family.

According to The New York Daily News, the property they’ve chosen is in Bel Air, California and measures out at roughly 10,000 square feet. The asking price is just south of eleven million, and the process is currently in the escrow stage. Thus, barring any unforeseen issues, the transaction should officially close sooner rathern tha later.

Kanye and Kim are reportedly planning to do some renovations on the property that already has two pools and a movie theater, but as for how extensive they might go, there’s no way to tell at this point. Considering their lucrative professions, however, they certainly have the resources to go about as big as they’d like.

If there’s one thing people like Kardashian and West value about all else, it’s security. Because of the paparazzi and the fans, they need to have a buffer between themselves and the outside world. This exclusive property in a gated community should provide that. Here’s to hoping that privacy will offer the perfect situation for the family to bond and be happy.
