Watch Dogs PC Minimum And Recommended System Requirements Revealed

Ubisoft has revealed the system requirements for the PC version of open-world adventure Watch Dogs. You'll need a strong system to run the game on even the minimum settings.

Watch Dogs only supports 64-bit operating systems. Furthermore, you'll need 6GB of RAM and 25GB of space. A computer built within the past couple years might struggle with the game. Here are the recommended and minimum specs, courtesy of the game's Steam listing:

There are some questions surround the quality of the console versions. Some feel that the game was downgraded to be more stable on those platforms. However, Ubisoft said that the PC version will be better than the E3 2012 demo. As these system requirements indicate, though, playing the definitive version will require powerful hardware. The "Ultra" settings for the game should take even higher specs than the recommended settings.

Watch Dogs will launch on May 27th on the Xbox One, PS4, PS3, Xbox 360 and PC. The game underwent numerous delays so that the development team would have more time to "polish" it; presumably the difficulties of cross-gen development played a role as well.
