This week, Black Widow star Florence Pugh is in high fashion with movie audiences, as the Marvel movie surpassed a major box office record, nabbing the best opening weekend since the COVID-19 pandemic began. In the action flick, Pugh debuted as Yelena Belova, and it was a major highlight of the film we can’t get enough of. As the 25-year-old wraps up doing press for Black Widow, she is channelling Legally Blonde’s Elle Woods, and it’s giving us all the endorphins.

Florence Pugh went for the hot pink on the same day of Legally Blonde's 20th anniversary, as the actress is spending some time in Paris, France to take part in the tail end of her Black Widow press tour. Check it out:

Between the bright pink dress, high heels straight out of the early ‘00s and Florence Pugh’s blonde locks, this looks like the poster of a Legally Blonde remake we never knew we wanted. The actress showed off the look from a Paris balcony and shared a sweet message about what the response to Black Widow has meant to her.

Florence Pugh said on Instagram that she’s still “processing” the past week and gave a shoutout to her family and friends for making this past week “perfect.” It sounds like the actress could be blasting the famous Legally Blonde song “Perfect Day” right about now as she struts through Paris.

The actress behind the hilarious Yelena Belova was wearing Versace, which Elle Woods would undoubtedly approve of. At the same time, Reese Witherspoon is honoring her famed role with a cute social media post looking back at the 2001 comedy we’ll never forget. Here it is:

Reese Witherspoon is getting ready to return to her hot pink roots for Legally Blonde 3 very soon ahead of the sequel’s release next spring. But in the meantime, the actress called the Harvard grad the “role of a lifetime” and thanked fans for sharing the journey with her. She talked about loving all the memes, graduation caps, halloween costumes and such over the years as the movie has continued to be a major part of our pop culture.

Legally Blonde was a huge success back in 2001 when it hit theaters on July 13, instantly becoming the No. 1 movie over The Score with Robert De Niro and Final Fantasy: The Spirit Within debuting on the big screen as well. Legally Blonde went on to become among the 25 highest-grossing movies of the year and earn Witherspoon her second Golden Globe nomination.

As the years have gone by, Legally Blonde continues to be one of the most memorable comedies of all time and Florence Pugh rocked that hot pink look. Legally Blonde is currently streaming on Netflix, and you can check out Pugh in Black Widow in theaters and on Disney+ Premier Access.
