Justin Bieber Fires Back At Haters About His Marriage

Justin Bieber - "Friends" Music Video

Justin Bieber has received negative press in the past. Between his relationship fumbles and his bad behavior earlier in life, the pop singer has dealt with negativity directed his way — personally and professionally — in more instances than one. But Justin Bieber will not allow one part of his turbulent life to be ridiculed: his marriage.

The musician expressed anger at a few of his online critics when it came to dismissive comments they made about his recent marriage. Justin Bieber believes it's rude and inconsiderate to be making insulting and derogatory comments about his wife, Hailey Bieber — particularly in relation to Justin Bieber's past high-profile relationships. Here's what the disgruntled musician wrote on his social media.

I've seen multiple people say things like this and will never respond again to a message like this because I don't like to even give it my energy, but this is a reply to all immature sick people who send Hailey hurtful messages like 'he always goes back to Selena' or 'Selena is better for him'... Hailey is my bride period. If you don't like that or support that that means you don't support me and if you don't support me your not a fan nor a good person.

The embittered Instagram response, which was found in the comment section of one of Justin Bieber's recent posts, was in response to someone who responded to his status claiming that the only reason the musician decided to get married to model Hailey Bieber was to get back at his previous long-term love, Selena Gomez.

Clearly, Justin Bieber did not take kindly to such a speculative notion from an outsider party (seemingly, at least), and he wasn't afraid to chew the person out after months of bitterness from similar comments directed at the couple's way.

Even though Justin Bieber is a very high-profile celebrity and media figure who often finds his relationship troubles leaked out into the press, it is presumptive — at the very least — to assume that his marriage was based on the pretense that he was trying to stick it to a former lover. That's the kind of showboating that is often unseen in the world but is a common theory when it comes to celebrity romances.

While Justin Bieber has fielded a fair share of rumors and dismissive reports about his lovers, this comment was the straw that broke the camel's back. And he wanted to set an example by firing back at this commenter. Whether or not it was effective will need to be seen.

For now, however, the message is clear: Justin Bieber doesn't want these negative reports to continue spreading around the Internet. And if you're going to talk trash about his marriage, you should expect to hear a comment or two from him directly.
