Halle Berry And Gabriel Aubry Are Done Fighting In Court

Halle Berry, Gabriel Aubry and Olivier Martinez might not be ready to start making dinner reservations for three, but they are apparently done fighting it out like children in front lawns on holidays. Earlier today, Aubry’s attorney Shawn Holley and Berry’s attorney Blair Berk met in order to work out a way to put an end to all of these restraining orders, custody issues and simmering resentment, and miraculously, they actually did come to some kind of understanding.

According to TMZ, the exact terms of the hashed out agreement have not been made public, but the litigators did release a joint statement to the media making it clear we’ll likely never know exactly who gave up what. Take a look at the brief announcement below in its entirety…

” The parties have reached an amicable agreement. There will be no further statements regarding this matter."

Whatever Aubry and Berry had to agree to, it was worth it. They might hate each other’s guts, but they still have a daughter together. She doesn’t need her dad and her mom’s fiancé throwing punches on Thanksgiving, and she doesn’t need them screaming at each other in court for the next five years. Life is simply too short to spend so much energy hating.

It’s unlikely anyone involved here will issue a public statement, but if they do, we’ll bring it to you. Otherwise, assume no news is good news when it comes to these three.
