Kim Kardashian And Kanye West Are Holding Off On Marriage

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian might be overjoyed about the impending addition to their new family, but that doesn’t mean they’re ready to take their relationship to the next level. In fact, the two show no signs of moving toward marriage, which might actually be good considering they probably couldn’t hold a wedding up to either of their standards in time anyway.

According to Entertainment Tonight, sources close to the couple are saying Kim isn’t thinking about walking down the aisle because she’s so pumped up about planning the baby shower. She’s reportedly thinking about asking celebrity party planner Sharon Sacks to help her with the details. She and Kim put their heads together for the reality star’s wedding to Kris Humphries, and while that marriage was a fucking disaster, the ceremony itself was actually beautiful.

Plus, even if Kim were to forget about the baby shower and get pumped about the wedding, there are two clear factors standing in her way. First, she’s due in five or six months, which in the grand scheme of weddings, is a laughably small amount of time. She’s not the type of girl who would want to just throw things together either. Second, she’s hilariously still married to Humphries; so, she can’t be Mrs. West or Mrs. Anyone Else until that legal mess gets taken care of.

Whether Kanye and Kim are married, engaged or just dating when the baby comes, the most important element is that they’re excited about the child and ready to give him or her everything needed.
