Halloween weekend has come and gone, and many of us are likely still recovering from festivities and candy binges. As expected, with the weekend came a collection of social media posts from celebrities who wanted to reveal their costumes or just show off cool parts of their celebrations. Kim Kardashian was one of the many stars to join in, as she gave us a look at her Carole Baskin outfit. Nikki Bella also joined in on the fun by sharing an adorable photo of her son dressed as The Mandalorian’s Baby Yoda.
In the midst of the holiday weekend, Nikki Bella shared an Instagram post that showed young son Matteo sporting a wool knit Baby Yoda hat, cloak and booties. The slideshow features the little guy smiling before he begins to cry, something Bella attributes to her messing with his hair. Check out the adorable post for yourself down below:
Baby Yoda costumes can be done well, but most would probably agree when I say they’re most effective when they’re donned by actual babies. It’s sad to see Matteo cry but, as Nikki Bella alludes to, at least he didn’t have to deal with any Scout Troopers.
It’s no surprise that Nikki Bella would choose a Baby Yoda costume for her son. Ever since the diminutive, green alien first appeared on our screens last fall, the world has fallen in love with him. This has led to an onslaught of merchandise that ranges from a breakfast cereal to a toy that allows you to hit Baby Yoda on the head like those troopers did. With The Mandalorian Season 2 having just started, it’s likely that the craze won’t be slowing down anytime soon, and Bella is just one of the many fans riding the wave.
Speaking of which, the fact that the reality TV star and former wrestling personality is a Star Wars fan is very cool. It just goes to show just how deep the love for the franchise – and Baby Yoda – really is.
When she’s not dressing her son up as a popular Star Wars character though, Nikki Bella is keeping fans up to speed on what her post-pregnancy life has been like. She and twin sister Bella showed off their post-pregnancy bodies shortly after giving birth. Nikki has also been candid about what it’s been like to get intimate with hubby Artem Chigvintsev since their son has been born.
These updates are a nice way to stay connected with the fans, and they also give us an occasional glimpse at the couple’s adorable kid. Hopefully, Nikki Bella will also share a few more Star Wars-related posts on social media as time goes on.
For those hoping to see the actual Baby Yoda, The Mandalorian Season 2 is now streaming on Disney+, with new episodes dropping every Friday.
