Zac Efron took full advantage of Earth Day to learn more about how humans help Mother Earth, even if it may seem like a destructive process, and that somewhat surprisingly involved a look that fans will probably love. Efron took Netflix by storm with his Down to Earth with Zac Efron series last summer, and he’s back at it again with a Season 2 in the works. This time, though, it looks like he’s going full calendar model while donning a fireman suit, a forest on fire in the background.
In honor of Earth Day and Season 2 of Down to Earth with Zac Efron, Zac Efron posted a pretty hot (I’m sorry, I just couldn’t help it!) photo of himself in a full fireman suit to his Instagram. Yeah, those abs might be covered up and protected from the heat, but we know they are there and the photo would still make Efron right at home as Mr. July on a wall calendar. If you were wondering why no one seems the least bit considered with the literal forest fire happening in the background of the picture, don’t worry - it’s a controlled burn. As a part of his journey to see the world and learn more about how we can help save it, Zac Efron is learning the difference between wild fires and controlled burns and what benefit they have to the lands of Earth.
In fact, there is another equally calendar-worthy photo of Zac Efron posted to the official Instagram for his Netflix show. Right on brand, this is where we can learn more about what Efron is learning first hand. Apparently, controlled burns help keep the soil fertile for native plants. As amazing as Zac Efron looks in a fireman suit, it appears that the heart under his perfectly sculpted chest is what fans are really falling in love with. On both his personal platform and the official platform of his Netflix show, fans are showing their love for how he is using his fame to bring about the education of our great Mother Earth.
Don’t get me wrong, there are plenty of comments about what a beautiful person Zac Efron is physically, but there are plenty of fans also praising his eco-friendly nature. Some fans are saying how proud they are of Efron for spreading education and awareness, and others are thanking him for using his platform for a good cause that benefits us all.
Personally, I am both thankful for the new information I have about controlled burns and for these fire pictures (I had to do it again, and I’m actually not sorry at all) of Efron. Down to Earth with Zac Efron is still in production for its second season, but you know I’m going to watch it as soon as it drops to Netflix sometime next year.
